Submissions will still belong 100% to the artist. “Life Goes In Circles” will only retain the non-exclusive right to publish the submission with the artist’s name and contact information on www.rippledthoughts.com, www.lifegoesincircles.com and websites directly promoting www.rippledthoughts.com and www.lifegoesincircles.com. Any use of the submission that would directly result in monetary profit for “Life Goes In Circles” involving the sale of the submission would have to be pre-approved and a royalty agreed upon with the artist. If no such agreement has been made, artists who have sent submissions may at any time ask “Life Goes In Circles” to discontinue use of the submission(s).
